Ancient stories. Living rhythm. A return to what has always been within us.
Drums have been used in worship, warfare, celebration and spiritual connection for thousands of years, and they are in the Bible. From the beating of the Tabernacle and the priests to the use of drums in ancient worship, to the heartbeat of the Earth, the drum has always been a sacred tool. It calls us together, awakens the spirit, and reminds us that we are not alone.
The walls of Jericho came down as the Israelites marched with trumpets, voices and drums (Joshua 6:1-20). The Red Sea parted as the people moved forward with drums, shouts and worship (Exodus 14:13-16). "Praise Him with the timbrel and dance, with the drum and the lute!" (Psalm 150:4)

A nurturing 90-minute gathering for new mothers and their babies, designed to help you release what you no longer need to carry, reconnect with yourself, and step into motherhood with more peace, clarity and intention. Hosted by Starlight Sanctuary with Dr. Jami Lee PhD of A Body in Repair.
Founding experience, by appointment only. Only 6 mothers and babies per gathering. Introductory price $77. Gift certificates available, a beautiful baby shower gift for the mother.
How the 90 minutes unfold
Arrive & settle
A warm welcome, calming atmosphere and gentle grounding to help you arrive and feel at ease.
Emotional release
A guided process to explore and release expectations, fears, guilt and what you no longer wish to carry.
Restorative energy work
Individualized, gentle energy work while you relax with your baby.
Sacred mothering meditation
A guided visualization to reconnect with your intuition, inner wisdom and the mother you choose to be.
Connection & integration
A nurturing reflection and optional sharing circle, followed by a closing blessing and a take-home gift.
